Delivery and Disposable Setup

Add on a Delivery and Disposable Setup Service to any catered food menu items you choose.

We will deliver, drop off, and set up purchased items wherever you would like. All items will be set up in disposable Chafing Dishes, Trays, and Platters that you may keep or dispose of at the end of your event.

Delivery and Professional Setup

Add on a Delivery and Professional Setup Service to any catered food menu and dessert items you choose.

We will deliver, drop off, and set up purchased items wherever you would like. All items will be set up at our discretion in our Professional Stainless Steel Chafing Dishes, Trays, and Platters for an elegant and eye appealing display. We will set up 1 hour before your event. We will return after your event to retrieve our display items and clean up everything that we set up.

Tables and linens for your menu are available upon request.

Servers and Bussers

Add on personalized servers and/or bussers to help assist your guests and make your event run smoothly.

Servers are available to assist all guests at the buffet line, serving them their menu items and answering all questions they may have. Bussers are also available to clear tables, keeping your guests focused on enjoying your event.

We recommend 1 server per 25 guests; or 1 server per entree being served.

Server and busser fees vary depending on the time and length of event.
